Large stone pillars (håligi) capped by stone capitals (tåsa) carved by the ancient Chamorro people to use as building supports. The latte stones have been made of limestone, basalt, or sandstone, and quarries have been found on all of the larger islands of the Marianas.

WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
A form of high intensity interval training, combining strength and conditioning, gymnastics and cardio. Workouts are made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc.
IS CROSSFIT FOR YOU?
Of course! Anybody can do CrossFit because our movements are all scalable to your fitness level. We have modifications for all our movements and for every skill level, no matter how experienced you are.

WHAT IS A WOD?
The WORKOUT OF THE DAY! Our program is designed with a 5-10 min warm-up, 15-20 min skill or strength and a 10-20 min workout! We all workout together and cheer each other on!
