WEIGHTLIFTING CLASS

Want to get a good pump session in?  Our Weightlifting class is offered twice a week to build strength or work on skills and techniques for your olympic lifts.  All experience levels welcome!

We offer specialty classes to diversify and supplement your workouts or if you just want to try something different!  All specialty classes are included with any of our membership options.

BOOTY BEAT

MONDAY & WEDNESDAY

Tone and strengthen your gluteus and feel the burn!  This class will focus on the lower extremities to help build strength and stability in the glutes.
