WEIGHTLIFTING CLASS
Want to get a good pump session in? Our Weightlifting class is offered twice a week to build strength or work on skills and techniques for your olympic lifts. All experience levels welcome!
FOUNDATIONS CLASS
New to CrossFit or just want to bring it back to the basics? No worries! Our foundations class will cover the fundamental skills needed to get the most out of our programming. You will work one-on-one with your coach to improve your form and ensure movements are executed properly and safely to your skill level.
