WEIGHTLIFTING CLASS

Want to get a good pump session in?  Our Weightlifting class is offered twice a week to build strength or work on skills and techniques for your olympic lifts.  All experience levels welcome!

SPECIALTY CLASSES

We offer specialty classes to diversify and supplement your workouts or if you just want to try something different!  All specialty classes are included with any of our membership options.

BOOTY BEAT

MONDAY & WEDNESDAY @ 6:30 PM

Tone and strengthen your gluteus and feel the burn!  This class will focus on the lower extremities to help build strength and stability in the glutes.

LATTE ENDURANCE

WEDNESDAY @ 5:15 AM, 9 AM, 4:30 PM

Train your aerobic capacity and build your endurance.  Learn how to pace yourself and control your breathing to get you through our WODs.  

YOGA

MIXXED FIT
ZUMBA (Circl Mobility)

SATURDAY @ 7:30 AM

Compliment your workouts with Yoga and gain a better understanding of the way your body moves and see how these early morning flows can benefit you.

Saturday @ 10:30 AM

Sunday @ 6PM
