We appreciate your cooperation during this unprecedented time as we continue to monitor the current situation.  Our schedule will be fluid following the guidance set forth by DPHSS.

Monday - Friday

5:15AM - 6:15AM: CrossFit

10AM - 11AM: Open Gym

11:30AM - 12:30PM: CrossFit

1:00PM - 3:30PM: Open Gym

4:00PM - 5:00PM: CrossFit

5:30PM - 6:30PM: CrossFit

 

6:45PM - 7:45PM: CrossFit

Wednesday

10AM - 3:30PM: Open Gym 

4:00PM - 5:30PM: Weightlifting Class

6:00PM - 7:30PM: Open Gym

Saturday

9AM - 10AM: CrossFit

10:30AM - 11:30AM: CrossFit

Sunday

12:30PM - 2PM: Weightlifting
